Antigua, karaibska wysepka o 365 plażach z białym piaskiem i ciepłą wodą, jest prawdziwym rajem dla żeglarzy. Każdego roku u jej wybrzeży organizowane są regaty, na które przypływają setki jachtów. Miłośnicy żeglowania z całego świata, amatorzy i profesjonaliści, spotykają się tu, by rywalizować ze sobą. Swoich sił w zawodach, zazwyczaj zarezerwowanych dla elitarnego grona, mogą popróbować turyści. Na wodach oblewających Antiguę grupa ochotników amatorów przygotowuje się do udziału w zawodach. Pod wodzą Luisa wystartują na jachcie "Duch Isis". Po zakończeniu regat na Antigui ekipa programu przeniesie się do Grenady. Tu realizatorów programu czekają nowi śmiałkowie. Wśród nich do portu Louis Marina zawiną Brytyjczycy Mike i Nicola, którzy kilka miesięcy wcześniej opłynęli Karaiby. Teraz razem przygotowują do startu łódź "Pandora".
